School Carnival Booth/Activity Assembly

We are excited to share that we are exploring the possibility of hosting a school carnival this spring. This would be a fun, community-building event for our school- that would also help raise funds for 5th grade camp—but it is only possible with strong parent involvement. At this stage, we are in the very first phase of planning: assembling the carnival booths and activities. This includes gathering supplies, helping prepare simple materials, and coordinating each booth so it is ready for event day.
We are asking parents/guardians to volunteer to assemble or coordinate one booth. Most booths involve collecting supplies, doing light prep ahead of time, and helping ensure the booth is ready to run. You do not need prior experience—guidelines and support will be provided.

Additional volunteer opportunities (event-day help, setup, cleanup) will be shared later

If we do not have sufficient participation at this stage, the carnival will not be able to proceed
